Work hard in silence and let your success be the noise. There is nothing I hate more than a person who talks the talk, but has nothing to show for it. Call it a pet peeve of mine, but I believe that hard work should be shown through notice, not empty words. So put action into the things you say because there is no time for half-assery in this day in age. Then and only then can you bring on the noise and get as rowdy as you want!
